Transportation

Please follow the instructions below based upon your school district. You only have to fill out the transportation form for your district. 

COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT: 

Parents of Charter/Non-public school students who reside within the boundaries of the Columbus City Schools (CCS) District will request transportation to ACPA by completing an online Transportation Request. 

Transportation registration must be completed by 7/15/2023 for enrolled students.

• Each slide will prompt you for the information needed to proceed to the next step
• Make sure to select Charter, Non-Public Transportation Request for registration type
• Please be sure to click submit when finished

GROVEPORT MADISON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT:

Groveport Madison forms were sent out at the end of May and can be found below. GMLS applications with proof of residency are due July 1st. Please email transportation@artcollegeprep.org if you have any questions.

BLOOM CARROLL CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT:

Please find the transportation request labeled Bloom-Carroll Local School District below. Each student needs to complete a form.

• Families that live in the Bloom-Carroll district can use a "babysitter" for pickup or drop off as long as the address is in the school district and is not a daycare. 
• Bloom Carroll bus stops are school board approved and we do not make house stops
