ACPA's partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital has led to the addition of a mobile care unit for ACPA students. The Nationwide Children's Mobile Care Unit brings health care to the Columbus area communities with medical equipment and providers on board, making it easy for your child to receive care close to school and home. The Mobile Care Unit provides a wide array of services - just like your student's pediatrician - but is conveniently located right at ACPA. All insurances, including Medicaid, are accepted for services reviewed at the Mobile Care Unit.
Available services include:
- Yearly check-up or physical
- Immunizations
- Same-day sick visits
- Medication follow up and refills
- Diagnosis and management of chronic health conditions
- And more!

The Mobile Care Unit will be on ACPA's campus one day a week starting in September. It is a resource that will expand if we use it, or we will lose it if we don't. Make sure to fill out the General Consent Form for your child if you're interested in taking advantage of these convenient services. Your child will hear more about this opportunity during their HomeBase class, and they can turn in their release forms to their HomeBase teacher.
