Requirements:
Demonstrate competency in 14 career-ready skills.
- Examples- reliability, work ethic, punctuality, discipline, teamwork/collaboration, leadership
- Student has to write how they’ve demonstrated all 14 skills in the space provided
Verify they’ve demonstrated these skills in 3 different settings.
- School, work, community
- 3 different adults that represent the 3 settings above
- Each adult fills out how they’ve seen the student demonstrating the applicable skills
- The adults only fill out the skills they’ve seen - all 3 don’t have to fill out all 14 skills if it’s not applicable
